Category B fit-out consists of installation of internal walls, American walnut veneer doors, glazed partition screens, acc wc, kitchen, tea point, private offices, open plan offices, director’s boardroom, various meeting rooms, reconfiguration of M&E services as per tenants requirements.
KEY FEATURES
Programme and quality were achieved throughout the project and influenced by the following factors:
- Development of a detailed Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan which accounted for works in a live, city centre environment with restricted access. We adopted many measures to mitigate disruption and maintain safety including delivery restrictions to reduce traffic and noise restrictions to avoid disturbing workers on other floors/adjacent buildings
- Relying on Permits being issued in a timely fashion by the road service
- Weekly liaison meetings with the client to review progress and design
- Engagement with NIE to upgrade mains power requirements
