The Project comprises of the following works in summary:
· Strip out of entire internal building fabric back to the shell;
· Replacement of glazing and install of revolving entrance door to the main tower of the building;
· Complete fitout of the ground, first and second floors to AIB specification including loose furniture and fittings, AV equipment and security equipment by specialist subcontractors;
· Fit out of the main toilets, lift lobbies and stairwells to the 3rd and 4th floors;
· Basic M&E installations to the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors for tenants to fit out;
· Associated structural works relating to the removal of internal walls, forming new openings and removal of existing redundant precast concrete staircase etc.
